DHL has the goal of getting as close to 100% e-invoicing as possible.This goal was deemed an necessary due to the large number of invoices received by DHL each year, and the number of time and resources spent not only to process these invoices, but also to correct errors, both within DHL, and our suppliers. In order to reduce the cost of creating and processing invoices on both the supplier side, and the DHL side, and, ultimately in order to make sure that our suppliers get paid on time, DHL has decided to move to electronic invoices.
