    Analytics: Available for Tradeshift China

    New feature | October 06, 2026

Analytics, including the report scheduling feature, is now available to Tradeshift China customers and users. Transactional reporting on China data lets global companies monitor supplier health, track order fulfillment and identify operational bottlenecks, giving them an early view of potential supply risks so they can adapt their sourcing strategies in time.

The reporting architecture is localized so that data is handled, stored and analyzed in accordance with Chinese data localization laws.

    Analytics: Honeycomb Buyer-Seller Network View

    Functional improvement | October 06, 2026

A honeycomb buyer-seller network view has been added to the Document Header-level Dashboard. Buyers can assess the scale of their current seller network based on document volume and aggregated value in USD, and spot operational red flags in how their buyer-seller relationships are evolving and performing.

Analytics: “Is Cleared” Metric in Document Header-Level Report

    Functional improvement | October 01, 2026

A new Is Cleared column is available in the Document Header-level report. Buyers can use it to identify the documents that have been included in the clearance process in France, Malaysia and Poland.

    UAE E-invoicing: Credit Notes

    Functional improvement | October 13, 2026

Credit notes now include the reason code, the reason text and the price difference from the original invoice, as required for UAE e-invoicing compliance.

UAE E-invoicing: TIN and TRN Company Identifiers

    Functional improvement | October 16, 2026

The TIN (10 digits, Peppol scheme 0235) and TRN (15 digits) identifiers have been added to the company profile. Both are required for UAE e-invoicing and Peppol routing.

UAE E-invoicing: Payment Means Code 55

    Functional improvement | October 22, 2026

Payment means code 55 (debit card) is now supported, with card account details, meeting UAE invoice data requirements.

    Bolivia E-invoicing: BO:NIT Tax Identifier

    Functional improvement | October 13, 2026

The BO:NIT tax identifier has been added to the Bolivia country profile, with format validation of 7 to 13 digits.

Invoice Viewer: Japan Registration Number Display

    Bug fix | October 26, 2026

Fixed an issue where the Japan registration number was not displayed on invoices received from suppliers. Buyers now see the full supplier identification on received invoices.

Document Matching: Line-Level Unit Price Check Against GR

    New feature | October 14, 2026

Buyer admins can now enable a 3-way matching rule that compares each invoice line's unit price with the unit price on the linked goods receipt line, within a tolerance in both directions. Goods receipt lines now carry a unit price, shown in the goods receipt viewer and under Receipted in the invoice's Matching details. This catches both overbilling and underbilling before the invoice is approved.

AI ScanIO: AI Markers on Charges, Discounts and Payment Info

    New feature | October 08, 2026

The Charges/Discounts and Payment info tabs in AI ScanIO now show the AI icon on the tab and next to each AI-extracted field, at header and line level. Fields with a confidence score below the configured threshold show a tooltip on hover, and the document list flags low-confidence documents with the affected fields named. AP teams can tell AI-extracted values apart from manually entered ones and see which fields to check before dispatch.

    AI ScanIO: Auto-Dispatch Failure Banner

    New feature | October 01, 2026

When a PDF invoice is held for manual review instead of being auto-dispatched, the Validate Document screen now shows a banner with the number of AI-extracted fields below the auto-dispatch confidence threshold. Selecting View flagged fields highlights them in yellow, and hovering over a field shows its confidence score, so AP teams can go straight to the fields that need attention.

AI ScanIO: Multiple Charges and Discounts per Header and Line

    New feature | October 12, 2026

AI ScanIO now captures every charge and discount on a PDF invoice, at header and line level, including when a header or line carries more than one. Each charge or discount keeps its reason description separate from its reason code, so invoice totals match the source PDF without manual corrections before dispatch.

    Purchase Request: Supplier-Specific Pre-Approval Step

    New feature | October 07, 2026

Administrators can now add a pre-approval step for Purchase Requests raised against specific suppliers. These requests go to a nominated pre-approver, such as a facilities team, before the usual cost center approval. An optional amount threshold and commodity code limit when the step applies. Requests with several suppliers are supported, and the existing approval setup is unchanged.

Purchase Order: Minimum Order Value per Supplier

    New feature | October 07, 2026

Administrators can now set a minimum order value per supplier, such as a free-shipping threshold. When a Purchase Request is submitted below that value, the requester sees a warning naming the supplier and the amount missing, and can still submit the request. Amounts in other currencies are converted before the check.

Goods Receipt: Received Amount and Currency Display

    UI improvement | October 07, 2026

Goods Receipts used for invoice verification now show the received amount and currency alongside the received quantity and unit of measure, so customers matching invoices against Goods Receipts see all values together without changing their matching setup.

Goods Receipt: Ordered, Received and Invoiced Line Comparison

    Functional improvement | October 07, 2026

The Goods Receipt line view now shows ordered, received and invoiced quantities and amounts side by side, with direct links from each line to the related Purchase Order, Goods Receipt and invoice lines. Lines linked to several invoices or receipts are supported. This gives Goods Receipt lines the same level of detail as Purchase Order and invoice lines, making invoice matching exceptions quicker to resolve.

Purchase Order: Request Description Carried Over from Purchase Request

    Functional improvement | October 07, 2026

Purchase Orders now carry the Request Description entered on the originating Purchase Request, including on Purchase Order changes. Buyers and suppliers can see it on the order, search by it, and find it in the Request Description column in Document Manager, which makes it easier to identify the right order to invoice.
